We couldn’t get the hibachi due to time, so decided to go with the other options. Big mistake. We got a raw tuna dish that came warm, felt like leather, and was cooked halfway through. We never got water, and the service although friendly, was slow and a bit painful. The tempura was laughable with unseasoned chicken strips and a thick Popeyes batter. All around terrible food and it’s pricey for what you get. I’m sure the hibachi shines, but everything else should be a hard pass.

I am never coming back to this place. If I could give 0 stars I would. They charge you $4 extra for fried rice if your getti a hibachi meal. Which is on average $25-37 per meal. Such bullshjt. I asked for the manager because we had a party of 8 and never in my life have I ever had that happen at a hibachi spot. And he said well. It’s Been like that since I’ve been working here and said there’s nothing he can do. I came to celebrate 3 birthdays and man do I regret it. No customer service and a robbery.

I like this place! They offer superb meals, their menu is rich, The chief cook in that spot is a real authority in the kitchen, I like very much eating all their food. The dishes are always fresh and tasty, the attitude towards the customers is very good too. I go often to this restaurant and I was never disappointed. Highly recommended.

The food was great, the drinks were great and the service was fantastic. I really enjoyed this place. I don't always do hibachi but I'll definitely come here next time I'm In the mood. You need to make sure u b come on an empty stomach cause u get full quick. Also make sure to buy the zombie drink. It's strong as hell!

Must say food is great! Ambience is close to authenticity. However, can't deny the entertainment aspect of why I come here was lacking. Hibachi chef was missing the interaction with the table. Simple coaching opportunity.

I ordered a few rolls from this restaurant wanting to try something new. But the manager was extremely rude, yelling at employees and customers because they were overwhelmed. After I placed my order I waited almost a hour and a half for my order and when I opened my container I found a hair in my California roll. Overall extremely disappointed, the horrible service and unsanitary conditions would be a pass for me.

There are two parts of the restaurant. One is where it’s bbq grill experience with the chefs throwing and flipping food around . That’s noisy and fun for large groups or families with kids. We sat on the other side for our evening. Food was delicious and the lightly fried calamari salad was my favorite. The chirashi was good but in Japan you would never see crab sticks used. It’s a casual place with a bar and tv do not romantic for a date night. Proportions and price was very good.

Very nice place...the service was exceptional. Went for a business meeting and the food was on point. I havent been there in the evenings but it looks like a great place for dinner and drinks too. Will be coming back to check it out.

Atlas Park shopping center is a little bit of a hidden gem. It has a good selection of retailers and restaurants. Shiro is one of our go-to restaurants in this shopping center. My friends and I went there for the habachi grill. I ordered the steak with regular steamed white rice. My friends ordered steak with fried rice and noodle. I'd suggest the surf and turf option. Overall, the food was a little bit on the salty side, and the noodle was a little too sweet. I didn't try the sushi but one of my friends informed me that their sushi dishes are good. I'll come back and try their sushi next time. Thank you for the hospitality and accommodating us during your late hours

Overpriced and underwhelming. The overall show was slow and not all impressive it was less an impressive feat and more of a bored dad at the grill. The portions were small for the price and the only seasoning that seemed used was an over abundant amount of soy sauce or none at all.

Love the sushi here. Husband and I always go and have never been disappointed with the service or the food. My son loves the hibachi and that service is great as well. All in all I would recommend this place for both a quiet sit down place or a family fun hibachi place
